Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wealth Compass ("Wealth Compass", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Wealth Compass connects your family's bank accounts, cards, and investment portfolios into one read-only view, helps you understand the flow of money, surfaces potential drains, and provides informational guidance. Connectivity to financial accounts is provided through India's RBI-licensed Account Aggregator framework.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the members and accounts you add (and for having the authority to add them), and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Read-only access; not financial advice

Access to your financial data is read-only and consent-based; Wealth Compass cannot move, spend, or transfer your money. Insights, scores, and guidance are informational only and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Wealth Compass and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal and family use, subject to these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, including Account Aggregators, banks, AMCs, and infrastructure providers. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of connected services may be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third parties will be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Compass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive termination by their nature.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
